stand still and be fit

This is an internal exercise that get's it's benefits from standing still. Translated into english means pole standing/standing pole. as unusual as that sounds it's works.
only thing is u have to do it daily just like Tai chi chuan/Qigong or other internal martial arts.

start from 2/3 minutes and work ur way up to 30 min as your body says it can handle more. don't try to rush it because u think ur legs are string because that's not going to work. though i teach taijiquan this is actually faster to get internal health considerations in order.

this is suitable for folks with chronic health conditions that can't do normal exercises. it is also for those who want to increase their level of fitness regardless of what else they do for exercise. it works on all major and minor functions of the body in a safe gentle way. I WON'T TEACH MY TAIJIQUAN STUDENT ANY FORM MOVES UNTIL I TEACH THEM HOW TO STAND FIRST.
