No one cannot always choose their mood but one can choose to accept that the mood chooses them and one can say well its okay to feel like this today I'm doing everything within my capabilities and I can't always control it but I'm doing the best I know how.

Meant to say sometimes my mood chooses me sometimes I choose the mood but I don't suffer with a pysciaratic condition where as a person has no controll over their mood and so they need support medically and psychologically to carry them through it and learn to manage it,,, I have to say I really admire those that do.
