HF I totally agree--- as you have mentioned International law should be adhered to the only way to resolve "issues' is by negotiation /diplomacy-according to news sources the legalities will be raised in this weeks UN General assembly. But as you know from past conflicts ie russia/georgia" 'the occupier/aggressor holds the cards and by the time negotiations/ diplomacy and various other conduits are exhasted the aim/s of the aggessor may be achieved
