You are correct that the DOJ cannot prosecute a sitting president, but if a crime has been committed, which so far the FBI and DOJ say has not happened because of lack of criminal intent, which is not the same as simply being careless or even grossly negligent. However if there were evidence of criminal intent there is no way congress will allow her to continue under the shadow of a looming indictment..
And that probably won't happen unless the FBI finds a smoking gun in the Abadin and Wiener laptop. If anything Hillary, if she becomes president, may have to pardon Abadin if they charge her with anything, because again, there would have to be criminal intent. All that said, you should know I don't support either Clinton or Trump, but your excitement over this latest development seems to be affecting your reasoning and at the most you may be disappointed when it amounts to no additional charges against Clinton..
I had the same trouble at first and got this from CS mods
We have had a few reports about the size issue, mostly from members using Firefox. We are looking for a solution but it may take awhile.
Have you tried this...
To resize the page to fit your monitor:
-Hold down the Control key on your keyboard and... -Scroll your mouse backward to make the page smaller or forward to make it larger.
Have you tried using Chrome to access the site?
I should have known that but didn't think of such a simple solution, all it took was control minus one click. And as for your other problem, on the line for each thread there is a last post button..
As much as I don't trust the Clintons I think Giuliani is getting ahead of things, and at this point it is only an investigation; before any talk of criminal indictment they must first determine whether or not charges will stick. Remember what happened with the Scooter Libby case during the G W Bush administration's second term, Libby was indicted in 2005 and resigned, and it was two years before he was convicted, sentenced to 30 months in prison and fined $250,000. The sentence was commuted in June 2007 by President Bush, voiding the prison term. And the conviction still stands. So I am sure that Comey is also considering that fiasco as he was the Deputy Attorney General charged with conducting that investigation..
Andreas Andreotti2 months ago (edited) English pretend to be correct in many things but probably not while sitting and disturbing an interesting debate by coughing constantly and not even when they are on vacation outside Britain. While on vacation outside England they are loud, arrogant and behave like vandals!
Sorry to say that but I experienced it myself so many times. I witnessed an incident in Crete once where a brave strong Cretan kicked a gang of them into the sea after warning them to behave civilized and not disturb the people eating in the same restaurant. The guests applauded the brave Cretan and the mob disappeared from the restaurant shouting and yelling like mad dogs!
