I'd say they know that a friendship with the boss isn't a friendship at all...to start with... They see your employee as a Yorkshire terrier that follows you around in a bid to make you look cool...
To be honest I think there are no people who are emotionally ignorant... Ignoring or suppressing your own emotions doesn't mean you are not understanding them, on a contrary. Why would anyone want to suppress an emotion they doesn't understand, it's not a threat to them if they don't know where it will take them. It's up to their personal choice if they want to show their ability to connect on a deep level... JMO
Absolutely right you are Tan... I just can not understand why so many people literally live online but refuse to see it as a real part of their lives...
That was a joke Berry, and yet it's not very difficult to spot the people who overstate or hide their personality traits...that's what I meant all along...
I have seen quite the opposite and done by people who swear they are actually different in REAL life... Internet and people's interactions on it are a part of their REAL life...
It very much depends on what you want to see in a certain person... You can be easily mislead by your own imagination and expectations and that is not the person's in question fault...
People on forums can't hide for long what they really are...plus, minus 15%...and I'm generous... If you pay attention and not being too fast on making assumptions you can be surprised in a bad or nice way... Opinions on different subjects can give a pretty wholesome picture of what you can expect from a certain person, with very, very few exceptions...
