SPANISH OMELETTE or POTATOES OMELETTE, THE EASIER RECIPE.

You don't need to work very much peeling potatoes, garlic and onion, because many people dislikes the two last ingredientes often.

Just smash chips a little and whisk. After mix it and let stand a few minutes (10 is enough) just to the egg soak the fried potatoes.

You can make the omelette, but don't try flip it if you are not ready or never did it before, better fry one side, lay in a plate and turn on the pan to fry the other side.

Done.

I was in the section of burns of a hospital many years ago and almost the half of the blessed were there due to accidents with pans and omelettes, and convalescence take months.

The last solution is make the omelette in the oven, but I do not warrant good results.

Olive oil fried chips gives the genuine taste of spanish omelette, and who said that was Ferran Adria, who was choosen as the best chef of the world during years.
