I'm working in the school and been 3 years this coming May 1, 2012. I update my PD every year and I got my 3 licences as International swimming Instructress aside from my degree.I never had an increment till now even I am more qualified than the other teachers.
The problem in this country is if you are from ASIA you never get a high salary compare to other nationalities who gets 4x of our salary and receive benefits like housing,medical and so on..
I want to change my work environment and leave the country as possible.Hoping I can get a job and raise my salary little bit higher than I receive right now.
Anybody there who can help me to get a job anywhere.I'm tired of sending my CV online and till now I didnt get an offer.
Kind help who have an idea to get a job anywhere but related to teaching.
