How do I?

How do I say goodbye to someone I never really had? Why do my tears fall so endlessly for someone who was never really mine? Why is it I miss someone I was never really with? And why do I love someone whose love was never really mine?

Hi, ranjilyn. I fully understand you. When we enter into a part of our lives where we cannot make our wish to love and be loved come true, we start imagining it, connecting it with someone who is just passing by in our life. And when he goes out, in fact when he passes by our home and goes to his own, we feel as if we really had some relationship with him. As if we had a real love story. The only difference is, we don't suffer too much, because, soon we find another passer by. Why not, there are much much more of them than the real partners for love.

I agree with Vyoleta. Especially we women tend to make up some love stories and imaginary romantic situations that exagerate or twist reality. I think it's also connected with the different nature of women and men.

What you described has happened to me too... The only way is to say goodbye to your dream and to close the page. Something better (real!) is waiting for you! wave bouquet

Thanks a lot for all your opinions either good or bad I really appreciate that.It helps me to get some idea and ease little of my pain.(We both working abroad and he left because of his company sent him back. We communicate a couple of moths and after that i never hear anything from him.)sad but life is like that..

One thing you have learnt from this is that you were doing things the right way.
So many in their search for love set their focus on what they wish to receive. But you have focused on what you want to give.
This is all very good and positive. So be assured you will move on. Though your feelings might take a while to catch up.
It's always best to be a giver.
