Amazing voice

Hi there! Just can't place your username. Been busy with work but I do peep at this site once in a while and share some good links I find really interesting.heart wings bouquet

Tribute to a legend

@Lou, in a way it may seem that way because of the coincidence. What I'm trying to point out is the humility of Mr. Tom Jones and his objectivity in choosing who to stay. That's why I chose to pose this particular link. But thanks for the reminder.hug kiss bouquet

A beautiful song

@Shay, kind of remembered your username but just can't figure out when. Been here in CS some 11 or 12 yrs now too. Hope you'll listen to some songs from my blog list. There are a handful of Pinoy singers/songs you'll just love to hear.heart wings teddybear
@Patty, thanks for the clarification. You both seem to be more than cyber friends.heart beating heart wings teddybear
@Laine, I just can't find a good link of her singing the song in her younger yrs. Yet still I love hearing her sing this song. Just can't help peeping at you and Shay's profile. grin

A beautiful song

@Nope, am I right if I ask if you're a Pinay? Thanks for this rare visit even if I'm wrong, though. And special thanks for being the first commenter.kiss heart wings teddybear
@Patty, right now the only full blossoms are from plum trees. Very similar in looks and color to sakura flowers. Don't even know how to distinguish one from the other. Nonetheless, they're all beautiful and most specially, the weather right now is warm. But hay fever is prevalent right now because of the pollen. Welcome to Japan and this is the best season to enjoy the sights though the exchange rate is lower.heart wings teddybear

Song for the young, sweet and in love

@Jac, hope you listen to the 2 songs of the Filipino guy from the same talent search. Thanks for the appreciation.heart wings

Song for the young, sweet and in love

@Crazyheart, it's been soooo long! I just shared some of my fave songs which are sang uniquely beautiful. hope you support some aspiring/budding Pinoy singers.

RE: Is it true China will drop anchors around Australia and take over mining operations there soon?

@Rob, you seem to be historically and politically well-informed. And I like people like you sharing an in depth info because I'm learning. The Chinese have already economically and financially invaded most countries. Nothing wrong with that as they have that business acumen but the political motive behind all their encroachments are alarming. I'm specifically sad at the political situation of my country as the "previous" admi tilted the political power in the whole of Asia. The urgent attention must be given to my home country. Dropping anchor? One island that used to be a country resort club was "sold" or rented to them already and that was probably a couple of yrs ago. So sad the way things are now.sigh

RE: Monday, 31 October Halloween

A sad day for an exchange young lad from Japan who was shot down for "misinterpreting" the japanized word "purisu" and the English word "freeze". sigh

RE: Is it true China will drop anchors around Australia and take over mining operations there soon?

Well, he's JEST curious. So he's probably just jesting.laugh

RE: "Saying Goodbye is Not forever"

@Ysa, good luck to your new adventure.bouquet

RE: I HATE THAT MOMENT WHEN MY ANGER TURNS TO TEARS

@Ysa, just like your previous post, you become stronger after crying it out. But then again the why me never ends. Stay strong! We'll make it through.hug bouquet

Not again!

@aleks,grin

Not again!

@Happycampero, hoping that the talks on climate change will have an immediate and positive impact. thanks for this ultra rare visit.

Not again!

@Rob, Kasugai is near my place of residence. I never know that plastic is used to protect the trees. Never seen it in my vicinity. Thanks for this rare visit..

Not again!

@Exred3, thanks for your interest. Just amazed for evolving into a new variant 3. Your profile pic seems to exude embracing our advanced yrs. One of thee days I want to post a new picture too. banana bouquet heart wings

Not again!

@lonely todok, I've notice some wraps on some electrical posts here too. Not sure on the logic behind that other than cautionary reminder. Thanks for this rare visit Guess you're not lonely anymore because you seem to delete your profile.grin

Not again!

First of all I want to apologize for not responding promptly. Been very busy of late.
@Fargo, thanks for giving the first comment. Just like what you've observed in Korea, there are some tree wraps like that here too. But the trees are really tied with white twines made of polypropylene. The kind we use in binding old newspapers. On one lane there are 20 trees with ties and on the opposite lane there are 11. Not sure how many trees on the opposite stretch of the road are tied. bouquet

Enchanting!

@Mr. Bo, thanks for your rare visit. Can't resist looking at your profile and had quite a laugh. Had to learn some weird words though! It's already 22:33 here on my side hence I'll have to listen to that link tomorrow.cheers peace teddybear bouquet

Sweet lyrics

@avo, and the winner is the song itself. The song was written more than 3 decades ago yet still being played till now. I'm a fan of both.

In the name of safety

@LaFonda, thanks for your very special participation. Ahh, that song Tie a Yellow Ribbon was the theme song of the Aquino admi. from my home country. kiss Same here too. The branches are trimmed down so with part of the trunk. Just to look at the bright side, what's left of the trees could be very good resting space though. Thanks for this ultra rare visit.

In the name of safety

@Fargo, admirable as to how your side of the earth protect the trees. Surely I can't imagine how many yrs it took for the tree to reach its dimension just to be cut off in less than an hour. Just maybe the people responsible for the decision of cutting them down was waiting for a collective voice hence they let several weeks passed before doing it. In the bicycle parking area, similar kind of string was asked to be tied to the bike's handle to spare them from being junked out. At first I thought only those 2 trees would be cropped at the top less than the others. But thanks for your rare appearance.banana cheering heart wings teddybear bouquet

In the name of safety

@Jim, yes. Exactly the way you said it! In my home country, one can't just cut down trees. And even if they are allowed to do so, you are supposed to plant one in its place. Those trees were not diseased. Many singing birds perched on their branches esp when leaves appear. Those 2 trees were the nearest to the electricity lines. It could be better if they just cropped the top off as what they usually do in the past years. But who am I to know. I assume they did what's the best for the common good. Thanks for showing up.heart wings teddybear bouquet cheering

The Missing Mirror

@Luke, that would be nice if I'll have a Prince Charming in the story. It's sleep time. Goodnight@Luke. Goodnight everyone and thanks for reading this post.peace banana cheering heart wings teddybear bouquet

The Missing Mirror

@Luke, my future movie producer, let's think of a better plot. From the looks of it me being the starring, this will be a very big flop of a story.grin Thanks for the humor.bouquet heart wings teddybear applause cheering

The Missing Mirror

@Joy, you're luckier being in Switzerland. I've only seen it in YT and in books. Japan 40 yrs ago is entirely different from today. Iam enjoining you to come and visit again once the pandemic ends. And if ever you'll pass by Nagoya, we can meet up for some local burger or sushi. I presume you're a Filipina. A lot of us on a dating site. Poor us!laugh Thanks for your rare visit.heart wings teddybear bouquet cheering banana

The Missing Mirror

@Rose, I was tempted to read your profile. Several yrs ago read one English translation on yokai. Just forgot who wrote it. I could have finished reading your link had I no job tomorrow. Very interesting link indeed. Iam fascinated with anything about Japan. I've lived here for almost 3 decades yet my fascination never ceases. I always , really always find something new almost everyday as I'm new to my job right now and I have to work with Japanese ladies. I think I'm the only foreigner in the group. Everyone and everything is a study in progress. BTW, are you the one who wrote that story? Very much thankful for link. Will be reading it in one seating as soon as I can. 2021 seems to be a book/story reading year as this April Mr. Whiting would be releasing his much anticipated book. Your face seems familiar though I can't figure it out. Once again thanks for the link.applause cheering banana heart wings teddybear bouquet

The Missing Mirror

@Jim, just this afternoon I passed by it again and saw one police patrol car and a couple of policemen. Not sure if someone from their ranks is a CS member and read my blog or that their presence is just a mere coincidence.confused I was imagining whoever she/he is must have been a great multi tasker. Imagine taking some snack in between smoking while letting Mr. Pooh came out and all at the same time perhaps texting/chatting someone. Superior talent on multitasking! No need for AI perhaps.laugh

The Missing Mirror

@Fargo, yes 1983. That was a big turning political year. A year that's never forgotten by all Filipinos. Who really did it and why is still mystifying to this day. Sometimes we question even if it seems to be true. Thanks for commenting.bouquet teddybear cheering banana
@Lou, such a long overdue visit!hug Thanks! You would surely love to see a mirror by @Fly. It's a magic mirror. One that won't us feel we've been missing hair salons.bouquet teddybear banana cheering applause

The Missing Mirror

@Celtic, I deeply apologize for that wrong presumption.grin I shld have added on that comment that you look younger than that. Now I think I've earned the ire of one of the respected bloggers in CS world. Age is such a delicate matter for us women. I'm really sorry. Here's some cyber bouquet for you.bouquet bouquet bouquet bouquet bouquet bouquet bouquet
@Edison, yes I remember that song by The Beatles. Good thing you mentioned it. Thanks!hug bouquet banana heart wings teddybear

The Missing Mirror

@Celtic, I'm presuming you're going to be 64 like me this year hence a change in username. grin Whatever, one good thing about covid is we can always put the blame on it except on us, humans. Sad thought though. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.heart wings teddybear bouquet cheering banana
