Janet Jackson to Marry a wealthy Qatari

By Al Arabiya

Janet Jackson and her millionaire fiancé Wissam al-Mana are planning to tie the knot in the Qatari capital Doha in a lavish $20-million dollar wedding set to take place in 2013, according to media reports on Wednesday.

An insider told the National Enquirer magazine that the ceremony will be “one of the biggest, most memorable extravaganzas in recent history.”

“They have tentatively set a late 2013 wedding date. But they are still working out the details and the exact day,” the source told the magazine.

Renowned Turkish author Adnan Oktar (aka Harun Yahya) claimed, during an interview with a Turkish network in 2010, that Janet, 46, and her late brother Michael Jackson, had converted to Islam.

“I sent that nice Janet Jack¬son a copy of my book,” Adnan said. “I also sent her late brother a copy. Her brother was a Muslim. Janet is also, in fact, a Mus¬lim. Like her brother, she keeps it hidden.” “She is a devout believ¬er…like her brother.”

The couple plan to spend $3 million to fly in their 500 wedding guests from all over the world, according to reports. Wissam reportedly plans to offer all guests a $10,000 Rolex watch apiece as a thank you for attending.

“Wissam is going to splash big when he marries Janet. It’s going to be the wedding of the century,” the unnamed insider told the the National Enquirer.

Wissam is reportedly 10 years younger than Janet and they both have been dating since summer 2010. He reportedly proposed to her last year with a 15-carat diamond ring.

Mana, 36, is an executive for al-Mana Group, a large family-controlled business entity in Qatar.

“My mother always raised us to believe that age was just a number. All of us - my sisters, my brothers - we’ll just tell you our ages because it’s all about where you are mentally and how you feel about yourself. It doesn’t matter,” Janet reportedly said once

My boss crippled my dreams

I was enjoying my dinner with salad and ice tea at my fave coffee shop. No customers around thus the crew had a chance to talk among themselves. I overheard a crew resenting that he found a better job and his boss already approved his "No CLearance Letter" to transfer sponsorship with his new employer. It is a prerogative to secure with this letter once you get new job. Otherwise you will get suck up with your employer. The boss eventually changed his mind and rebuked to issue a "no clearance letter" to that poor crew. The guy begged but in vain. I couldnt imagine how selfish such bosses are! Everybody has dreams to improve lives. But because of such letter his dreams got crippled. As far as i know the crew is only receiving less than $ 600 per month. I just pity they are working 12 hrs everyday.

What are u here for?

i am just very curious. One time i checked randomly the profiles of CS members in my place. I was taken aback to discover none of the members have his/her own blogs nor join the forums. Their profiles are totally bare just number of pictures. I dated one of them once 5 months ago and it turned out very frustrating. That pervert guy just wants to be with you in bed. I never entertained any invitations after that incident.

I just wonder what are your perceptions seeing an empty profile?

Humility tames the Ego

I recently had a misundertanding with someone and he stopped communicating with me. I wondered perhaps coz sometimes i am pretty tactless when i said something which he took negatively.

Okey, i texted him twice and no response till i emailed him and said "SORRY". SORRY is just a 5-letter word but it is more powerful than saying your lots of excuses or explanations.

We are back to normal as friends as nothing happened.cheers cheers

My LESSON for the week : KARMA

KARMA..KARMA..KARMA... i truly believe in this word - "Reap what you have sown".

Sunday, first working day. Everybody was in a hurry to get into their office on time including me. At 7 am, you will witness that DOha needs to expand their 3-lane road with the increasing number of vehicles from a cheap to luxury Cayennes, Landcruisers get jammed on the traffic. Accidentally, i hit a bumper of a Porsche car but instead he stopped, continued driving till i lost him. I thought i would sustain a big dent but it was just a scratch that was totally removed by a simple polish.

My conscience keeps on bothering me as i was not able to get his contact number to make an amicable damage agreement. I felt i hit and run him.

Two days after, when going home from work, i was suprised to see a big scratch at the back of my car. I was hit and run by someone.

I just smiled to myself, that every simple action we do has a reaction and consequences. What goes around comes around.

LESSON: Say good words. Think good thoughts and do good deeds.

Action speaks louder than words

I was introduced to guy by a friend and we start getting to know each other. He said to me this " I promise i will never hurt you like what other men did to you. You will be mine and i will make you happy. You don't know how much you give smile to myself." Okey, sounds very common to my ear. One time i cracked a joke that i didn't mean anything and from then on he stopped calling me. I texted him and no response.

Well anyway.. who cares..spam spam

A Ghost Whisper

we had a great day in our 5-hr Dhow Cruising. Weather in Doha has started to cool down. From 50C from the previous months now going down to 35C. It may still be hot for others but us we start enchanting to meet the cool breeze in no time soon.
Folks and kids enjoyed jumping off the boat and listening to the disco music. While we were having dinner, we just suddenly talked about "THE power of 3rd Eye" of some of our colleagues. They have the power to see and mingle with ghosts. They see ghosts and ghosts see them. They said everybody has his/her 3rd eye and you can have someone assist you to open it.
I have third Eye but not the same as theirs. I have a srong power of premonition but limited to "DEATH". I see someone will die in the family circle. And thanks GOD those who die are the ones are long sick.
They asked me if i want to open my 3rd EYE to see Ghosts. It must be a gift though but too scary coz i am scared of ghosts.jackolantern jackolantern

FLATULENCE could help patients with high blood pressure, a study suggests.

Hydrogen sulphide — a toxic gas generated by bacteria living in the human gut — has been shown to control blood pressure in mice.

Those with higher levels of the gas had lower blood pressure than rodents with less.

Boffins at Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore, Maryland, US, found that hydrogen sulphide in flatus — informally known as a fart — is also produced by an enzyme in blood vessels where it relaxes them and lowers blood pressure.

Now researchers at China's Southeast University in Nanjing are trying to work out whether this could be used to create a treatment for people suffering high blood pressure.

Professor Yao Yuyu from the uni's Zhongda Hospital said: "Despite the treatment's potential, using gas to treat high blood pressure has yet to be tested on humans.

"The effective dosage could prove difficult to establish due to the difference in size between humans and mice."

He added: "The gas could also have negative effects on other parts of the body."
