VIRSINGLE : they can leave the job w/o the letter though but they also have to leave Qatar and go back to their home country. and they are banned from working back in Qatar in 2 years.
These people sell out their properties back home to find a greener pasture in a foreign land but got impaired by selfish employers.
HIKE : Being tactless does not mean you mean hurting others. It's just being straight forward in subtle way coz i know if i react harshly it's being unreasonable. It's just how others misenterpret your message.
VIRGO : I am not into him as a matter of fact. And it was not i was wrong. it was just i don't want other people having bad impression of me. I was just being me and there are times we are meeting sensitive people and misunderstand your statement.
I just feel sorry for him for having such attitude.
You need to stand in with your slogan of 24/7. You have an edge with your 24/7 brand but if customers call you in the middle of the night to seek your service promptly and you are no where to find, well they might think your company is just a bogus.

As a matter of fact, i did forget i did such resolutions not until i accidentally came across of my diary. This was also my first time to do such thing. Well at least, i can assess how far i have gone in my timelife.
