There comes a time in your life, when you have to go with the tide, and the ebb tide is calling me, to sail with it,
i have enjoyed my time here on C.S. made good friends, no real enemies, which isent a bad result, its a great place for some fun, the blogs are great, most of the time, i liked the poetry, as well, but mostly, the cut and trust of the banter, here on the blogs,
why am i leaving, ive been very hurt, i wont go into details,,,,, for a while, id hoped someone really special, might share the rest of there life with me, i know now thats not going to happen, upwards and onwards wont work for this, when i fall, i fall hard, this time i fell the hardest, and boy it hurts,,,,,,,,
thanks for the laughs, the long nights, the jokes, and the friendship, but i need space to cry now, and i know im going to cry for a long time, because this was beyond special. ben x
The Dark Angel
I awoke in the half light, and turned to watch you stretch your angelic wings, flapping them gently, your naked beauty by the window, surreal in its perfection, and even in this moment of heaven, I dreaded the dawn, I had flown to you in the night, and hid from you in the darkness, that I was a dark angel, my wings are black. Now I dread the dawn that you will see, I am not perfect in your eyes, but the dawn creeps slowly, I have at least another while with you, neither the heavens, nor hell, pleased that a white, and dark angel shared the night. I stirred a little sleepily upon the bed, and felt your soft hand come around me, and I trilled as your soft scented breath, caressed my neck, and spoke my name, come my Ben, fly with me.

DROWN IN HATES DECAY
WHO REPAIRS THE DAMAGE
WHEN BITTERNESS EREUPTS
LIKE TWO HOT VOLCANOES
WITH TAUNTS AND BITTER WORDS
WHO PICKS UP THE PIECES
WHEN ALL IS FALLING DOWN
SUCH SPITEFULNESS CAN BLIND YOU
IN SIGHT AS WELL AS MIND
WHO CARES FOR THE CHILDREN
CAUGHT BETWEEN THE PAIR
SO BUSY ARE THE FIGHTING
NOT TO HEAR THEIR YOUNG HEARTS TEAR
WHO WINS AND WHO LOSES
WHEN THE DUST HAS SETTLED DOWN
IS IT PARENT CHILD OR LAWYER
WHO WEAR THE SMILE OR FROWN
WHO HAS ALL THE ANSWERS
WHEN COUPLES FALL APART

I met the most wonderful girl today, i have never seen such tender soft skin, she had the most remarkable dark button eyes, she gazed at me adoringly, with the cutest smile, i was just about to give her a peck on the cheek, and tell her how cute i thought she was, when she suddenly vomited all over me, i quickly handed her back to her mother, Jesus, i said, 9 months old, and she can all ready tell men what she really thinks of them, that girl has a bright future.
I WAS OUT WALKING ON THE ENCHANTED MOUNTAIN, THIS MORNING, ON THE SIDE OF WHICH I RESIDE, MY FAITHFUL DOG BLACKIE BY MY SIDE, A FOOL OF A DOG, BUT THE KIND OF FOOL TIS ASY TO LOVE' AND I STOOD AWHILE TO MUZE, TO GAZE OUT OVER THE VALLEY, AND PONDER, HOW LUCKY I WAS, TO LIVE IN SUCH A PLACE, THE MIST WRAPPED SHROUD LIKE, AROUND THE PEAK, AS IF HOLDING IT IN ITS DAMP EMBRACE, THROUGH FEAR OF LONELINESS.
THE SHEEP GRAZING QUIETLY, ON THE SLOPES, ANCIENT MONUMENTS SCATTERED. AROUND IN VARIOUS STATES OF PRESERVE, THE WATER FROM FRESH SPRINGS, MEANDERED DOWN THE VALLEY, IN STREAMLETS, IN CREDENCE, AND CASCADE, THE HAWKS, VENTURING FROM THE FOREST TO SEEK, TIS THAT KIND A PLACE, YED BELIEVE IN FAIRIES.
AND I WONDERED, HAD THE PEOPLE FROM PREVIOUS GENERATIONS. WHO HAVE LIVED HERE IN SOME CONTINUANCE SINCE 5000 B.C, STOOD HERE TO ADMIRE, TO APPRECIATE, TO BE ENCHANTED BY ITS BEAUTY, OR WERE THEY TOO BUSY JUST FIGHTING FOR EVERYDAY SURVIVAL, TO APPRECIATE IT
BLACKIE, THE FOOL OF A DOG, NUZZLED MY HAND, DISTURBING MY TRAIN OF THOUGHT, AS IF TO SAY, 'COME ON WHATS KEEPING YOU' I GAVE HIM A REASSURING PAT ON THE HEAD, AND WITH A LAST LOOK BACK TOWARDS THE ANCIENT STONE FORT, IN THE 'WOLFS GAP', I HEADED BACK DOWN THE BOG ROAD HOME, DEEPLY APPRECIATING HOW LUCKY I WAS, TO LIVE AS MY ANCIENT ANCESTORS HAD, ASIDE THE GENTLE HAUNTING SLOPES, OF 'THE ENCHANTED MOUNTAIN'
AWAY GO I TO THE GLEN,
WHERE THE LITTLE GREEN FERNS
WAVE GENTLY
AT THE PASSING STREAM.
and we will whisper to our ally, the cold wind, to gather in the dark clouds, upon which travel our legions of dark angels, and we will spin our darkness at the earth, and bend the white light, defeating hope, and goodness forever, and the spoils of the earth will belong to our dark legions, for ever and all time,
with all the couched language, diplomatic speak, and double talk, used on this site, does anyone ever admit that they just need a good shag.
