“Sausages From The Heart”:-

Well another day at the office so to speak, do I just scan through likely matches send a few hopeful flowers, an email or three and sit legs crossed on the floor waiting for a reply whilst darning another hole in my socks. Or should I post another thread after “Sausages Sausages Sausages” to date 107 views and 24 replies.

It was a post to try and put a bit fun in our everyday lives. Should threads be about serious issues and there are some good ones being posted, or is there room for fun and games as well? Let me know what you think.

Anyway returning to “Sausages” my first thought was well we’ve done dinner now lets have pudding and a after a quick fumble around the refrigerator my thoughts turned to sauces, maybe sexy sauces, so would “Saucy Saucy Sauces” be a good fun thread, or maybe on this forum at this time, might this be one “Saucy Sauce” to far. Do I stick my neck out and post it or sit in the background?

I’m saddened that so few people express there views, sure they look at the threads but not so many bother to post. But I hear you say “hey” “but were looking for a partner and anything WE PUT TO PAPER COULD AND WILL BE USED/HELD AGAINST US”. To this I say “sure you’re right, if you live by the sword” well you know the rest but in any case there’s no point suppressing the real you any potential partner would figure that out over time. Better to have joined in and had some fun along the way than to sit on the sidelines watching from a distance is what I say.

Has posting harmed my chances of finding the perfect mate, who knows, I certainly don’t for I am no prophet. I am a shy person naturally yeah yeah yeah I can hear you all laughing your heads of in the background. Face to face first meetings tend to be a bit of a stumbling, bumbling, mumbling disaster, the old nerve’s kick in and yes they are getting on a bit, but it’s not that I can’t communicate it’s more of a gagging at the back of the throat which stops me saying what I’m feeling. Give me a phone or a keyboard and I can express myself no problem so what’s a man to do.

What I do know is since I started posting and replying to threads, people have started to look at my profile, are they looking to see who that idiot is that keeps posting silly threads or are they looking because they like what they hear and want to know more, again at this time I don’t have the answer to this. What I do know is I now email people regularly whom I hope will become friends of the future and who knows maybe that special someone is tucked up in there somewhere in the far corner, only time will tell.

Well and as for the posting, well you’re have to look and see if I’ve plucked up the courage to post it and if you look and it’s there do leave a reply it’s only a bit of fun after all!
