I am nothing

After all the pain, after hearing your sweet voice say that you hate me. I can't get you out of my soul. Everyday starts new and ends up nothing.

Thats me sweety. I lived 24yrs. with a woman who riped every emotion I had into shreds. Just thouht I'd share.

Tony hug The first months after the breakup are the very worst. Especially when against all better judgement, you want them back!!! You will never get her completely out of your soul, but you will heal and become whole again. Do not spend this time sitting in corners thinking about her, or listening to songs that remind you of her, pictures, etc. Try to get out and see that each day really is new and you never know what it may offer you. Don't tell yourself lies (i.e. "I am nothing without her"). It isn't true and deepens your pain. Thoughts really can help alleviate or contribute to suffering, so don't dwell on thoughts that are wrong and pull you deeper into sadness. teddybear
