uploading pictures

Can someone please tell me the tricks to uploading photos by emailing them to support? Have emailed numerous photos bur not one has been posted and its frustrating. Thank you

i just uploaded mine in edit profile .

get a recent photo of yourself scan it and save it.
Open the file then select copy and paste it into a word document
save it as jpg file. Finaly go to uploading your photos choose
the browse menu and open file then upload.
