According Kabbalah, Adam fell in love with Lilith first Eve was number two ....
You are right, Adam had no choice in his first wife who was sent away. But, I am sure that before God made Eve he had a whole laundary list from Adam filled with requirements.
Frist time I ever heard about this serpent women, so eve must of been the love and this lilith was the bad, and now days they have cross breeded and made the women of today.
Check it out guys, do you remember the good times (eve), then the bad times (lilith)....
The story goes that she was created at the same time as Adam. They lived together but had issues. Adam turned his back on her and complained to God. God removed her from the garden and made Adam fall asleep and created Eve. Eve, being made from Adam, was more obedient and they had children. Lilith daughter married Cain.....and the story goes on..
Now this sounds familiar with nowadays life.

Lilith was punished and excluded from the Heaven ... Adam was given Eve and what do you think? Was he satisfied with Eve at last?...unfortunately no, he had Eve but thought secretly about Lilith...
I am afraid not much has been changed since that time ...
beautie and bravity is a great combination! You will achieve that!
Thanks Hoolet for such sophisticated input. Sorry that people are so pessimistic and maybe disappointed to talk about that.
Its always interesting topic for me about adam and eve or about mythology..
Maybe this is love. I've heard it described as the search of our soulmate.
I love Greek Mythology
