Perhaps you've troubles by the score -big worries every day,
No end of things to break you heart...
You tread an uphill way.
But surely gleams of sunshine flash
Sometimes, and raise a smile;
Do not feed negative states by dwelling on them
Never is it easy
Plodding on and on
When the weather's cruel
When your hopes are gone
But to those with courage

Sooner than expected
Winter turns to spring!
Find a quiet place, and become still. Turn your mind away from the problems and activities of the day
