i got an argument with my client over their their accounts....he thinks it is correct but it is not.....tried to tell him but he just cannt take

pacificfans .. Am I correct in thinking that you may be an Accountant? Or a Banker, perhaps? Confrontations with a Client are never easy where bad news is to be given. I hope that your client will come to see that the fault was not your own (?) and that your past/present services to him or her are/were second to none.
