How much can someone sue you for.

How much can someone sue you for threatening legal action.
How much can someone sue you for harassment.
How much can someone sue you for tresspassing.
How much can someone sue you for emotional stress

How much would legal wise cover this person for the above legal costs. Does anyone know. Especially in South Africa.

Also, can a tenant sue you, if you dont pay the rates and taxes and the levy and electricity on that property that he is staying in.

I cant find these answers anywhere, anyone can help me with this, thanks, cause I cant afford a lawyer at the moment.

Oh, what can you do if the agent wont give you the tel number of a tenant. Is there anything one can do about this aswell, and if she says, she doesnt give clients tel numbers out and they dont have an email.

If I have debtors and they do something to him, am I responsible or legally liable for this aswell. Thanks

Brother you need to get a legal consultation. I don't know how it is there but generally here in the states theres plenty of lawyers that do this free. There is also many free sites online with lawyers that can help you with these questions. Getting legal advise from just anyone online is a bad idea. Best of luck...

Unfortunately in this country you have to pay for a lawyer 1000 rand an hour. I cannot find one free laywer advice site. You have to pay to get an answer with a credit card, and that is just for one question, cost a fortunes.
