found computer virus problem!
this is extreme, but i started eliminating,things to see by process of deduction what things were making my laptop crawl along. i went to facebook,then terms of service,there is a app cancelation http address,went thru the process,and cancelled out the apps and my computer is running like new,blazing fast.happy hacking
