3rd day of quitting smoking

frustrated frustrated

having been a smoker for over 30 years i finally took the 1st steps in quitting. been using patches + mints good job they came with destruction's may have got 'em mixed up

and now my daughters hidden all sharp objects though rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

lol... hey ask me it works in threes.
the first three is the worst then three weeks this is a crusial time concerning temper and will power keeping the one ang losing the other lol..
then it get slightly easier after 3 months you are pretty much in the clear. i quit for almost 2 years, but started again as i enjoy it.
