RESPECT

If somebody demands your respect, don't give it to them. It should not be forced or commanded, they have to earn it. In this life there are 4 things that can not be sold in shops, and do not cost a thing, and those are LOVE, TRUST, UNDERSTANDING, AND RESPECT. people who have the wrong idea that respect is a right must learn its not..its a privilege, one that is easily lost when mistreated or taken for granted!

True. Those who ask for it may receive compliance but that's not the same thing as respect.

Some will ask how they can earn it but I can't say I've met many who listen well to the answer. dunno

Is there a story behind this blog or just something you felt needed to be said? ... just curious ...
