Why do people refuse friendship from other countri

How many times do I click to chat to someone and I get the line "This member is not accepting mail or flowers outside of their own area or age range." frustrateddunno

Is it not better to have friends from the other side of the world than no friends at all? I can appreciate the age group thing but then I'm not into teeny boppers or grannys either. grinmumbling

The world has become a smaller place and it is now possible to travel anywhere in our global village within 48 hours. angelhandshake

So come on ladies. Be friendly. You never know what might happen.

Yes i know the feeling well im in the U.k but spend a lot of time in Australia and would like to meet an Aussie fella but a lot are blocked !!

Sometimes its just not convenient or practical ....end of story. How many chat friends does one need to have at the end of the day. Most people have work and are serious in finding someone , then local is the only way to go, why bother with the rest.

I know there are nice guys on the African continent...but cutting back all of Africa has really brought down the spam. It isn't you...it's "them".

It is true what they are saying... I had 2 men that I chatted with from SA and they both ended up asking for money so I no longer talk with people outside of the US..
