NASA's heliophysics is a nice place to pick up fundamental knowledge about connection between the sun and earth. Did you a solarflare cosist of mainly elecrons and? protons - but also close to ALL materials in the periodic system? (suppose to be funny: space mining for gold and platinum). Anyhow - follow the sources to add knowledge to your being.
