anybody to share views on schools in UK?

Hi,
I'm thinking of finding a good school for my daughter (16) in the UK. Do you think only private schools are safe?
She's bright, speaks several languages, has travelled with me to a few continents, deserves a good schools before she goes to college or university.
I'd appreciate your advice,

There are a few teachers from the UK on the EU Forums post your question there and you will get some very good advice and opinions as most of the members are British...have fun!
