Things put in considerations to buy a house?

Amoung the hardest matters one faces in his life is taking the right and wise decision to buy a property and invests the money which he would be convinced that the property he owns realy deserves it.please i am inneed of your advices on that...what factors must be put in considerations before buying a house for mid size family,6members,of them 4 kids ages 12-17yrs.. And how i check its infrastructure to make sure that it is in good shape...happy new year for you all

Where is this house you're thinking of buying, SA? In the USA you can hire a contractor to inspect the house from the foundation to the roof. The bank will require that before they will commit to a loan. They will also require a survey. By the way, you're a little late having 4 kids the oldest being 17 to be thinking about buying a house. Instaed of making babies you should have been concentrating on getting that house.
