There comes a time when you reach a point where you are just tired of trying. there's a fine line between love and dependency, the problem is, figuring out if they really love you or if they've come to be dependent on you. Ingredients to a great relationship: Love, Respect, Trust, and Communication. If one is missing, then your lying to yourself about how good you have it.
