how do u know if the guy has a good intention?

a lot of guys were in contact with me now expressing their intention (eg, looking for a partner) but as time passes by and after some exchange of words they get into u like a drama that they are in trouble and indeed need money.... why is this so????

Because that's all that they care about is money, They are not intereted in getting to know you as a person.
