men think with their eye and not their hearts ?

Since i was a child i have been hearing this saying.
Men thinks only with their eyes not their heart. meaning that when the word 'WOMAN' come up all they see is sex, sexiness and all that there is to do with sex.lust,lust and more lust..i am asking is this true?

its absolutely not true. most of the gals ive ran into off the site just think with their chest and wallet. so the myth about guys is just that a myth it only applies to boys not real men.
