Getting Up and Going On
But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold. - For he performeth the thing that is appointed for me: and many such things are with him. Job 23:10 & 14

If you feel that you have made mistakes, taken wrong turns, even failed miserably at this or that, you’re in good company. Many of God’s heroes in the Bible did too, but they learned from their mistakes. And God came to them, sitting in the midst of failed dreams or disappointed hopes, and gave them a new reason to live. That’s what He can do when we give up on our own plans and projects and decide to try His. He gives us goals to help us grow and move in the right direction, and then He helps us attain them. Give Him a chance. Let Him give you the good things He has for you.—Nana Williams
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow.—Albert Einstein
Never let go of hope. One day you will see that it all has finally come together. What you have always wished for has finally come to be. You will look back and laugh at what has passed and you will ask yourself, How did I get through all of that?—Author unknown
Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it.—Oprah Winfrey
Ever tried? Ever failed? No matter. Try Again. Fail again. Fail better.
—Samuel Beckett
Don’t waste energy trying to cover up failure. Learn from your failures and go on to the next challenge. It’s okay to fail. If you’re not failing, you’re not growing.—H. Stanley Judd
I am not judged by the number of times I fail, but by the number of times I succeed; and the number of times I succeed is in direct proportion to the number of times I can fail and keep on trying.—Tom Hopkins
Adversity pushes the envelope of accepted performance. Until a person learns from experience that he can live through adversity, he is reluctant to challenge himself to press his limits. Failure prompts a person to rethink the status quo.—John C. Maxwell
Commit yourself to a dream. Nobody who tries to do something great but fails is a total failure. Why? Because he can always rest assured that he succeeded in life’s most important battle—he defeated the fear of trying.—Robert H. Schuller
Anything wonderful can happen in that little margin of time when you don’t give up but keep on believing.—David Brandt Berg

KEEP THE GOSPEL SIMPLE!
God's mercy doesn't hang on legalistic theological technicalities.--Who knows how little a child can understand, yet Jesus said, "Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the Kingdom of Heaven" (Mat.18:3). You gotta be a baby!--And babies don't waste most of their time arguing over theoretical theological doctrinal shibboleths!
The Bible was intended for the instruction and conversion of the whole world. Why should God cover its true meaning in such mystery and doubt that none but critics and philosophers can discover it? It's the Devil who is the author of confusion! He tries to make Salvation seem so complicated or so difficult that people can't understand it.
Don't be led away from the simplicity of the Gospel, the Good News of God's Love in Jesus! (2Cor.11:3). Not everyone can understand strong doctrine, but everyone understands love.--So stay on the main line! Preach the most important doctrines of all--Jesus and His love and His Salvation!
Let's not argue over doctrine, let's get souls saved! GBY!

Commit yourself to a dream. Nobody who tries to do something great but fails is a total failure. Why? Because he can always rest assured that he succeeded in life’s most important battle—he defeated the fear of trying.—Robert H. Schuller
Did you know Schuller 88, died a couple of weeks ago? His funeral will be on Monday... His church Crystal Cathedral went bankrupt a few years back and was sold to the Roman Catholic Diocese.
Here's a write up I found you might find of interest.
Amen, growing up Robert Schuller's messages always caught my attention. His Spirited personality and smile left an indelible impression of the witness of God's love! Wonderful Callie, thank God, he's now graduated from this life and resting in Love's eternal embrace! God bless you!!
HEALING IS A SAMPLE OF RESURRECTION!
Pain is a touch of Hell, healing is a touch of Heaven! Healing is a sample of everlasting life, renewal of the body, cure of disease. It's a touch of resurrection!
When we experience Salvation, we get a little sample of what eternal Salvation and Heaven are going to be like. We have "tasted of the Heavenly gift and the powers of the World to come," as His Word says (Heb.6:4,5). Likewise, when we get healed we have a little sample of what God is going to do one of these days. We don't have the full resurrection yet but we can have a little TOUCH once in awhile! We already have His healing power manifest in our bodies through the Lord's healing, but it will not be really complete until we receive our eternal supernatural indestructible bodies on which death no longer has any power or claim whatsoever!
One of these days when Jesus finally heals us of our old bodies, we'll get NEW bodies, better than the old! That's the best healing of all! When we die, that's the final healing! Then we don't have any more diseases, or sickness, or pain! That's permanent healing, final resurrection! Hallelujah!
