What is the age of young or old considered,why for

Why is considered the age young or old to man or to woman?
in many countries is forbiden by the law of this sinful world,the young woman for older man ,those woman under 18 age.
why ? what,s wrong with it ?
Does Love have age or does God forbid young woman for older man?
it has been with centuries and years this Burden heavy to many men and to many women!So only when they become 18 year of age are allowed to have relation to each other .
if this stop young woman to not make sin until they become 18 year old? does it stop really ?
if they can,t marry an older man who is good and nice and even who obey God ?
does it stop them to not marry any other man who do sin or bad?
surely not !
because evil man don,t ask this law at all,who forbid young woman for older man !
they take young woman even under 18 or even from 13 year old,
many men who are older than 30 of age !
So what is this law who forbid young woman for older man??
is it from God or from devil !??
