Time to face the daylight...
It's lovely weather outside yet I'm sat here typing this... an contary to popular belief I am not in fact a vampire... I can go out in the daylight without turning into ash, I think
Yet I putting it off today and I have no idea why... I just don't seem to have my normal spark, or get up and go....
All I can be bothered to do is make tea... hmmmm maybe I'm coming down with something?
do others get inflicted with the can't be arsed flu? What brings it on? Just the effects of pure laziness or something deep and far more depressing?
I am determined to make a concerted effort though... I have to go out shopping anyway... is that really considered out? Maybe a walk is nercessary to just blow away the cobwebs... (not that I'm unclean you understand... just old and dusty)

don't get in to the habit of shutting yourself away does you no good at all
we re lucky to live in the most beautiful part of england great beaches wonderful & countryside get out there and enjoy it! you're a long time dead!
