Its Too Bad That There Are Some Who Will Never Get With The System...They Do The Crime..Get Caught... And Do The Time.......And When They Get Out?....They Cant Wait To Brag About Just How Cool That They Think They Are
The City Of Chicago Is Just One Of Many Cities That Are A Breeding Ground For Crime

But Its The Younger Ones Of Their Crowd Who Will Pay The Price The Most..Why Is This?
Because They See The Money These Guys Have...(From Selling Drugs)..The Jewelry They Wear .... The Cars They Drive...The Respect They Receive....And The Fine Houses That These Guys Live In

And After Being Brought Up In This Environment ....On The Streets From A Very Young Age..(And Its All That They Know)...They Imitate These Guys...And They Want What These Guys Have....And At A Young Age..They Begin Their Career Of Running Drugs For The Big Guys... Or Being Lookouts For The Cops
And.... Coming From A Dirt Poor Family...Its Hard to Convince These Youngsters That A Low Paying Job Is The Way To Go

So...Soon...These Young Kids Start Selling Drugs Themselves
Now..They Feel Like They Are Big Shots Also......................And Not Long After...Theyll Have To Get A Hold Of A Gun..(That Likely Was Stolen)...For There Are Now... Other Youngsters Their Age... That Want to Move In On Their Turf ("Corner")

And Soon Enough...Someone Gets Shot Over This...Most Of The Time.... The Ones Who Gets Shot..End up Dead
The Shooter Is Caught...And Then... When His Identity Is Made Public....It Now Kicks Into Revenge Mode
And The Brother Of The One Shot Or Killed... Is Now On The Hunt...And Out For His Brothers Shooter Or Killer...And If...His Brothers Killer/Shooter Is in Jail...Hell Goes After One Of The Killers Family Members...And If He Succeeds In Getting To One Of Them... And Wounds Or Kills Them...Then One Of That Family Member Is Out For Him
It Continues To Go On And On.... And It Seems That This Vicious Cycle Will Never End
The Same Cycle Applies To A Gang Member Being Shot By A Rival Gang Member
Now That Gang Goes After The Other Gang

You Can Say What You Want About The Law Enforcement People..But The Fact Is That
They Cant Do A Damned Thing..Until Something Actually Has Happened

Short Of Going Into These Neighborhoods...Going House To House..And Confiscating Every Gun
There Aint Nothing That Can Be Done To Ever Make A Difference... Or Change
As The ACLU Will Have Something To Say About That..... With Law Suits Of Illegal Search Motions..Racial Profiling.... And What Have You
