StressFree: Well that went well

I went to bed last night around 7 because I was so exhausted, and I woke up around 3 am just now and can't go back to sleep. The plan was to sleep in to about 7-9 AM...ugh.
In any case, I'll try and stay up a little later tonight and hopefully I'll get up a little later tomorrow. Slowly but surely, I'm getting back on a normal sleeping pattern. I need to do it since my baseball season starts soon.

My sleeping pattern is all screwed up.

Bloody hell wow i have never had an 8 hour block of sleep in my life. I would be over the moon to go to bed at 7 & wake up at 3 dunno

After 48 hours I start to get over emotional and feel too tired to sleep. I usually end up just crashing and sleeping 15 to 20 hours after that.

Thankfully it does not happen very often any more.

I used to have myself on a schedule where I would go to bed around 9pm and wake up at 6 or 7a.m.

Now I will sometimes just wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. Then I doze in the afternoon and can't get to sleep at night.

StressFree: I've gone two days without sleeping...bad travel from Frisco to Stockholm and to my city.

I bring this up because I did not sleep at all last night...and going on 29 hours now. Apparently things a bit slow right now upstairs with my cognitive skills lol

Apparently my body can just handle not sleeping for a day once in a while cause it's happened more than once. I do it sometimes to force myself to get to bed earlier and get up earlier. I guess I am just a serious night person. Don't know what the deal is, but that is how I am. I used to sleep in till noon as a 10 year old kid.

What about you CS heads? I think I heard mindfful say that she went 4 days or something without sleeping? Wow.

I'm a day person love to be up early and get to bed early....wouldn't be interested in burining the mnidnight oil....I think a good healty sleep pattern is essential to use all....if one is not getting the proper required time zone sleep then their brain and body is going to become sleep deprived and that is where the nervous system kicks in and starts to react in an unusual manner.....

When travelling long distances for long periods of time it is a good adea to take a sleeping pill to re-adjust your sleep pattern immediately.....jet lag is the worst....conversing
