Mutual supportiveness is what makes relationships work. When one or both partners does not want to be supportive, the relationship stops working.

I used to be the type of person who would be supportive in a serious relationship, but all the single women I met in the last 20 years, just wanted to play games. OH WELL...

Being in a commited relationship,I would also have my best friend in my man or we wouldn't be together. So yes support one another through what ever life brings your way.I don't know why so many people are not supportive of spouse, friends, family, others in need.We all need help sometime.
