i don't know but most of my best freinds always turns out to be people are normally regarded as being crazy by other people until you spend a long enough time talking to them ..getting to know them then all of a sudden they're taken away from you..who was your friend then ?
i know that its about to happen to my other best friend ..because he's an alcoholic that just won't stop drinking 24 hours a day because he simply does'nt want toit does'nt matter what anybody says or does for him he's just determine to kill himself drinking !

his wife warned him for years to stop or else she's leaving him..then finally took the 18 month old child and left just before christmas


i've warned him for years to stop or else i'm ending my best friendship with him


but its all a waste of time ! the difference between him and mike was that mike was actually doing something with his life ! ! what can you do hey ? ?

are you going shopping for anything in particular in palma or is it mainly a day trip ?

are italian people very fashionable compared to the rest of europe do you think ?

You know Gilly? My father's best friend of over 40 years lost his son 18 months ago. At the age of 38.

I spoke with my father's friend. And he told me this. 'People keep not mentioning Steve and I want to talk about him, they think that it is too painful for me not to talk about him and I want to talk about him'

So we did. I found old pictures of when we were children and made him a collage.

So if you want to talk about your friend, the times you and he shared and the laughs you have had, even the painful times, then do.

I lost a very close friend seven years ago, she was part of our fivesome and now we are a foursome. Five girls who bonded at school and we are all still friends. Every year on June 15th we light a candle, together we are all in separate countries but we never forget.

Re depression,I had it,passed round the dark side of the moon and thank god came out the other side.I really cannot find sufficient words to describe the really deep depression I had after my first divorce and I do not want to recount it neither.Much too painful.

Yes,the best is yet to come and now here I am enjoying it.Life is truly amazing and wonderful and I really wish,like the Catcher in the Rye,that I could do something to help others to come through that which is truly horrendous.

guiriman: Hi gilly, you're right, mate..there isn't actually a palma in italy...it's parma...my brain thinks one thing and my fingers type another..I stayed in palma in mallorca for a few months a couple of years ago in fact, and can recommend it as long as you stay away from certain tourist areas, in my opinion..

alcholism is a cruel senseless illness and it's so difficult for the friends and families of alcoholics, isn't it? .. true, they shouldn't drink.. and yeah, there's nothing you can do until they want to help themselves ... but still, doesn't hurt any bloody less though does it, mate.

just spent a few hours looking at all the cool buildings and eating parma ham really .. italians a very concerned with external aspects..both in appearence and what others think of them ...the only people I have seen at 7am on a dark winter morning waiting for a train wearing designer sunglasses... most of them have hearts of pure gold tho...

i;m getting fed up of going to the hospital with him and getting involved with all the rehab people to save him before its too late...but he just does'nt care and want to continue
