Was a mud track which is why. Smaller horses run quicker on mud than that of the big horses. He isn't triple crown material. But yeah,a nice feel good story.

I just got home from Churchill Downs.... OMG was this an exciting couple days. I need to go back every year now. The atmosphere was like nothing I had ever experienced... Y'all gotta make the trip at least one in your life.
Time to start setting up for tonight's party. I have a lot of people coming over for a cookout and drinks.

I wish... I bet $10 to place as a long shot. I will turn in my winning tickets next week when all the betting sites slow down. Turned out to be a pretty food weekend though. I won more than I lost.
