CaptainBeirutIII: If she really wants to piss him off, I mean really, she could change it to my last name. Now that would not go down very well.
Imagine the scene when you explain it.

He asks: "Why does she want to change her last name to Bogglewussy"?

And you reply: "Because there's this weirdo on CS she's never met, and she rather be affiliated with a weirdo on an Internet site, than with you."

OMG!!!! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

Honestly, her last name isn't much better than "Bogglewussy"! rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing

TLC69: I am pretty sure you need the decree to legally change your name.

I did all the divorce paperwork and the ex never read it and knew she wouldn't so i slipped the name change paper work in the stack when i gave her her papers. She was pissed! but still won't drop my name.

Obviously different legalities there so,

As I said previously here it is just a matter of letting people know you are reverting to your original name.

I dont understand why a woman wouldnt do that anyway.

No, he told a mutual friend. That friend didn't tell him that he'd stand a better chance of winning the Australian lottery, because he's really trying to clean up his act, thinking he might be able to win me back.

I told the friend I understand & if it helps to keep him clean & sober, don't tell him.
