For everything that is happening (IRAN, N.KOREA, Somolia, Pakistan, Afghanistan)in the world today. And with a Joe Biden a 'expert in foreign affairs' with 30 years in the Senate on the Foreign Service committee.
Jumbin Joe has been very quiet.
Rumor in DC a while back was that Pres. Obama has gotten tired of Jumin Joe comments....
Maybe Jumbin Joe has decided that his place in the Senate....doing legislative things.....and is letting others in the Obama administration do the foreign policy work.

An interview U.S. Vice President Joe Biden gave to an American newspaper was front-page news Monday in Moscow, where his characterization of Russia as a weakened nation hit a raw nerve.
Biden said Russia's economic difficulties are likely to make the Kremlin more willing to cooperate with the United States on a range of national security issues.
"I think we vastly underestimate the hand that we hold," he said in an interview to The Wall Street Journal published Saturday.
Biden's comments appeared to catch the Kremlin by surprise, coming less than three weeks after President Barack Obama said on a visit to Moscow that the U.S. wants to see a "strong, peaceful and prosperous Russia."

But Jumbin Joe goes to the Ukraine and then to Georgia. Geargia asks Joe for $16m dollar's worth of military weapons. Jumbin Joe does a
song and dance (meaning does not commit to giving Georgia the aid).
Next we have Russian subs off the east coast of the United States and
Russian talking about Georgian intrusions into the Russian areas of
Georgia.
The Russian subs have always been but coming to the surface like they did.....was just to remind us that they were there. And claiming intrusion by the Georgians is not necessarily a new thing.
But the timing of it all to Jumbin Joe and the $16m request for arms
by the Georgians.......is surprise. It ain't Jumbin Joe that the Ruskies have to worry about. He is only VP.
