I have totaly forgotten how to make stuffing for a chicken,lol...Could anyone give me an idea...I am trying to make dinner for my exhusband because the kids told me thats what they want to do for fathers day...
Sorry, Marcy.......down south, we don't make stuffing. We always have cornbread dressing. And, we don't put it inside the bird. Wish I could help. Why not do a search on google?
Thank you I have already started my serch and their are so many ways....That cornbread stuffing sounds good ,my mom is from alababma and thats the stuff I know how to cook but never heard of that...

The main ingredient is bread crumbs ... combined with egg (broken yolk and mixed to a uniform yellow but not beaten to bind the bread crumbs ... you can also use vegetable oils ... olive oil for instance in the binding. Now comes the creative part. Traditionally in the Australasia we combine the mixture with mixed herbs. But you can add, garlic, chilli, other peppers, mustard, parsley ... It's like a stir-fry. No two taste the same but they are always delicious.

LOL,and thank you all...It was really good i think,and good thing they all said it was because there is alot of sharp objects in the kitchen lol...And being that i was really quite ill that day it is a good thing he said it was great...But what are ex husbands for...;-)
