Well I'd be the same.
Asking anyone out can bring about a bit of nervous energy.
Once I've asked someone out, I give it a breather to not appear like an over eager beaver.
I wouldn't take it as an outwardly bad sign.

She doesn't want to seem to clingy, needy, desperate etc or like the date is a huge deal.
In case you get fed up and/or scared away before the date even happens.
Or if she's like me...
She will convince herself that you only said yes to be polite and doesn't know whether to keep going as before or give you a chance to think up your excuses.

that sounds like lack of self confidence which is ok everybody has a bit of that but i like chatting and nothing could ruin a date for me unless she has no sense of humor and is too shy lol
