I wouldn't, she'll just get the piss pulled out of her by customers and may resent you for it.
I think its a lovely idea but dont make too big a deal of it and maybe give it to her when its quiet. Most women like these little gestures.

The flower is a lovely idea but I agree she might be embarrassed by it. And if she gets embarrassed and doesn't take it from you..you will be embarrassed too.

Good plan....Flowers can go either way! Being a bar maid too, she probably gets a lot of attention, so asking her out will clarify things either way for you! Then if is is a yes, you send flowers after the date to her home! That's definitely romance! Good luck....

it may be weird because she said you were a lovely guy kinda like been called a nice guy, flirt with her a lil next time and she how she responds, you do work with her right? because if you were drinking in there then well you know.
