The Bucks here still have velvet on there horns in august,,Our hunt wont start till October. However there is a fall Turkey season

Alabama season -
Gun - 11/18 - 01/31
Bow - 10/14 - 01/31
Muzzleloader - 11/13 -17 and 01/06 - 01/22

Don´t have wildturkey here and we can´t hunt with dogs until mid september. Then moose hunting starts first Monday in October, gonna try to be home for that. Although wildbore is available all year around.

Does, depends on the game management program. Acreage vs doe ratio.


One year I had 198 doe tags per hunting camp/land area in Alabama.


Florida - usually one per day as well.







No baiting in Alabama, however, bait is allowed in Florida.

lol, i promise i wouldn't be.

i have this annoying habit of scaring off game...and hiding ammo...and jumping in front of guns...

of course...i practice dissuasion as well.
