I beleive it goes all the way back to Abraham and the son by Sarah's handmaiden. That is where it all began as she and her son where sent away.

The Hebrews and Muslims claim the same father Abraham and the same birthright. The Christian invaded the Holy lands to free them in crusades and murdered and killed. So they didn't like it and returned the favor. Thats the short version. Somewhat.

Ye, that sounds about right. But why do muslims hate jews so much. They dont all hate jews right? Do the Hezbollah for example attack Israel for religious purposes or is it simply about money and power....

Hezzbola hate all Jews. Muslims, themselves do not hate Jews. Yeah, Hezzbolla hates Jews and wants to see them all dead. The Muslim religion doesn't hate Jews. Just my opinion.

I think they fight because they have no legal protection of their beliefs. My neighbor on the right is a Jew on the left is a Muslim I am a Christen but we are all Americans and as Americans our rights state we legally have the right to believe as we wish. They don’t have that so their only answer is and always has been to fight. Just an observation.

The fight is over the Holy lands. They both want the same land, which is the Holy lands that was a birthright. The promised land.
God did not cause it! It is the same human nature as today that caused it.
There is a lot to it. A good history book of the topic is really needed to fully grasp it.

The stink about Abrahams sons is this. (as best as I recall) The son by the handmaid was first born and they claim the birthright. But Abrahams son by Sarah was the one that recieved the birthright. He was first born of Abraham with Sarah. The child with Sarah has birthright, But the other claims Birthright. So, Big long fight!
