I have been a bit distracted with the teeth but I got the all clear for cancer they decided its chronic bronchitus so I can handle that and as i have about 9 days to practise with them all should be cool for your party have booked a bed in store street garda station so should be safe enough for the night

Hope your mouth feels better soon, Duncan, and you can have your steak. Maybe some nicely cooked minced steak to start with with mashed potatoes and onion gravy. Something easy to eat but with the right flavour and work up to the sirloin.

I never smoked myself. My father smoked 60 a day and died of a stroke, aged 56, when I was 18 years old. That was enough to put me off.

I have my own little addiction (food) and knowing how hard it is for me to diet, I can understand how hard it is to give up smoking, especially when you have been smoking a long time.

Best of luck with it and I hope your health improves from now on.
