Heck, the Atlantic is the easy part, it's the trek across Canada that's the killer.

Wear comfy shoes, it's a long way to walk. laugh

I lived in Canada for a year, well almost- 10.5 months.
Which part are you in? I absolutely loved in there! Met a lovely male there aswel, wait til you hear the story though moping moping He was a stray golden lab puppie, I know madness. And on my first week there he followed me to college right! Course I was late that morning! Then that after afternoon wasn't he on my road on the way home so myself and my housemates kept him. Ok, I'm getting sad here now crying crying

We kept him the WHOLE time we were there and his name was Hovi....Hovis when he was bold....he made himself right at home in our place, he had nowhere else, we did look for an owner (not too hard though, he was way too lovable)

Anyway, a week before we were due to go home, i wanted to bring him of course, i found him a new home. Broke my heart coz i toilet trained him and the whole lot moping awh, often think of him....

So I fell in love in Toronto so I did. Lots of memories there bouquet

oh yea, what a rant- I'll bring the shoes!

saoirse65: Hiya
Not trying to be argumentative but I have always been made to feel welcome here and I am relatively new compared to a lot of members.
I have said in other similar threads that I think that it is rude and ignorant to exclude anybody either here or in real life. I have no problem with the fact that some people are friendly with each other outside of CS but I believe that the forums are for everybody to participate in. If I myself have been guilty of any such behaviour, I apologize.
Not meant to be offensive or judgemental in any way

Agree with you completely, you put what I was trying to say much better! Thank you bouquet

TO is where I'm originally from, living way west of there now though, and moving even further west to southern British Columbia.

I've told a number of people that they're more than welcome to come over, just write me. I don't mind company at all, and I won't even make you paint my house. laugh

Of the 4 people I've met from the site, one stayed with me for 5 weeks last summer while visiting from Australia, it was great!

Sorry about the Lab, do you ever hear from the new owners now to see how he's doing?sad flower
