Three deaths & a birth (23)
RobertC2: 2006 - My brother's youngest son committed suicide aged just 21
2007 - My brother died of a heart attack
2008 - My father died
2009 - Friday 28th August my brother's daughter, who got married the day after her dad died, gave birth to a healthy son in Paris!
Birth and Death are both part of everyday life.
However, after a few deaths in a family a birth brings great joy and hope for the future!Kids always bring joy to family.
I hope other CS members who have lost loved ones also have good news of new family members starting the ball rolling again!

I'm NOT suicidal......... I felt suicidal a couple of months ago but I am NOT now, ok? My nephew killed himself but I believe he had been ill and very unhappy for a LONG time so maybe it ended his misery.
Personally I think it takes a lot more courage than I have to kill youraself; and this young man was not lacking in courage as he was the type to climb mountains and wasn't scared of any physical challenge.

Robert, I don't think your nephew was lacking courage. He was ill and illness is not about courage or lack of it...
I am sorry for your losses and great seeing you celebrating a new life in your family.

I dont know if there is enough paper here to write them down, and I dont have enough tears left to write all that, so!
Be Happy that your Dad didnt Die when you were 16, and that your Brother wasnt Murdered......
Look at the bright side Sir, and Remember it sti;ll could hae been worst, i Know your Pain, and all i can do is share that I have been there, and i Understand,and my mountains have been High...... Tho will share this........... Thats what Makes us who we are today.....So Hang in there, and i wish you would find a Lady to be your comfort, can Still be a new born, or a new life,
