I have a friend, she is nearing 70. She went out with this guy about 5 years ago and it did not work out so she broke it off. She told the guy "no", but he is still following her pretty often. She did not even go to church today. This is very wrong that she can't even go to church.
What would you do? Keep in mind that she is almost 70 and probably won't be strong against this person, but he is really scaring her.

That's what I thought too. But I don't think she will do it. What else would you do. How would you make her understand that it's time to contact the authorities? All I could do for her today was light a candle (catholic) and call the athorities for advice. Thank you

Maybe she's too scared to contact them.If she isn't willing to go and contact the proper authorities I doubt if there's anything else you can do beyond what you've already done.

virgiomonkey: ..................Yep....And make sure you have a 'Base ball Bat' in your hands and make sure he sees too.......

I was thinking the very same thing but I'd also make sure it was a metal bat so he would finally get the relayed message behind of why he was being hit.

Really? Thanks hon. I guess that is the answer. I will "talk" first. Authorities next.
OneKitty: Well, that is sort of what I was thinking. Maybe bring a "brother" or "cousin" or two with me. You know, the law of the "west" for no better word.
Is that what you would do?
Just say "please don't do this any more."
yes/no?
MY WHOLE REDNECK FAMILY
just tell me when and where--
seriously though call the cops whether she likes it or not
she could be in danger so if you truly care about her just call the cops
