You're a good looking guy, seem to have a stable position. It's possible that you're coming across as 'needy'. WANTING to settle and 'maybe more' (marriage).
Try treating her more like one of your male friends and try not to see a night out as a 'date', just a friend that you're hanging out with and, if you ARE being 'needy', step back and relax.
We guys are too pushy and scare people off.

hey welcome to cs ,Just be your self go for it jump right in and talk with the ladies , they are not going to bite ,well some might but that might be fun ,pick one who you think sounds like what your looking for and just write her.Tell her what you think be nice .say something nice about her that interest you be honest.let them know they can or may write back leave it on them .that way your not giving orders,ladies hate that . they will write back GOODLUCK

so while you wait , do what you can to be Ready if she shows up, Example, if you need to quit Drinking or smoking, do it now, so you will be ready and Prepaired to accept a woman,

You must be A Good Partner,
If You dont Know? Study for the Answers, Look up Relationships, and buy some books...

It's impossible to give you a good answer without knowing you, how you behave around girls, what you're like in person and without knowing what kind of girl you're looking to get to know.
There are a few things you can do to better your chances, but usually, if the girl is remotely interested in you, she won't run away... unless of course you say or do something extremely stupid.

Of course can not give girl all what she want or take whatever you want from her the command should be equally between the valve cover that about if i am rich or not, I do not want to talk to girls about money because I want a girl to love me for myself not becouse of money after i love her and she loves me all my money and myself will be for her ,,,,, come on girl right or not
