But my proudest one was when my son was able to carry his daughters tiny coffin in the church after she was stillborn. I saw my son become a man and i was so proud of him.
Sorry if this sounds morbid, but i think of it often.

The birth of my children too !
My academic achievements
When my two daughters wrote and past their High School Entrance Examinations, one in particular coming in the top ten gaining entry into one of the highest high school in the country
Career Advances
My 21 yr old son decision to go back to school to continue his studies.
My wife developed cancer and she had dementia. My son was living 2,000 miles away working as a vice president and general manager. He quit his job and his career to come home to help take care of his Mother. He burned through every nickel he had staying we us to help care for his Mother until she died. He proved to me that family is worth far more than any thing else. I was and am proud of him.

Wowwww Morgan and Big John...
I do understand Your pride of Your children - though it was during very hard situations..
I try to figure out my moments of proudness.
When I gave birth to my daughter - I would not call myself proud, merely very grateful. It was one of the most wonderful experiences I`ve ever had!
My pride lies I guess more in those cases where I had very good results during my educational life. Like it was something I had worked more or less hard for - and then achieved something.
And finally I am proud because I still haven`t lost my optimism, though things haven`t worked out the way I wanted in several aspects of my life - I am really learning to change my perspectives in the moment - dramatically. I am proud that I did`nt quit!! :)
Oh yes -and when my stunning daughter comes walking towards me - I feel so proud to be her mother. The things she knows and says and do.... Amazing. Still very grateful too, since the day she was born
